Admin can't view or edit users profile vb3.8.11

Hello

when click any user, a white/blank page return on firefox, while chrome returns with ( currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500)
Also, Admincp won't show any options to save changes i.e reset users name or password, change avatar etc
