[SEO Enhancement] Replace "reload this page" to the thread title

This little tweak replaces the mouseover text on showthreads so that instead of saying "reload this thread" you get a more content relevent mouseover title.

@ sonix, in the text file there is a page that has a live preview, check it out.
@ leo yes I think this could be an important factor since instead of "reload this page" which has nothing to do with the topic, it shows the topic title instead, helping a bit more. No members have liked this post.
