Hi chen,
So far I have created a new usergroups and a fourm where only certain usergroups can post new threads or reply.

What I need help with is creating a global variable per user that keeps count on how many posting credits each user has, and integration the paypal system for adding credits.

I have the next week off before University starts again, so I am going to try and make the alterations. Hopefully, I can get the help and feedback from other users along the way. I can see this being a useful feature.
