Where is it ARCHIVE in vbulletin 3?

Hello friends, I have a forum vbulletin 4. In it appears archive in the route:

www.mysite .com/ archive / index.php /

But in a vbuleltin 3 forum where it is archived? I can not find it on the same route.

Its exactly the same in vB3, just like on this site ;

Thank you. In the vb3 forum I can not find it. I attached link in attached txt, you can check my link to see why file does not appear?

Did you disable the archive?
It's in the admincp > settings >
