About the Design:
This was originally designed for one of my MyBB forums, DiscussHouse.com. However, I never really got to promoting it, and decided to port the style to vBulletin and release it as a free release. License: Generally this is under a CreativeCommons License (hhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/). The release thread says it's for 3.6.6, so it'll work for 3.6.7 since there were no template changes in the upgrade.
