Navbar text colour change?

Navbar text colour change?
Ive added a new navbar to the top and put a new link into it..

At the moment the text is white.. what html code and where do i add it to make it red please?

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)   
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Replace red with whatever colour you want it to be. put the code around the text you want to change.
