Human Verification Manager missing !!

When I go into AdminCP>Human Verification Options

The option/manager to change image/question/CAPTCHA is missing

(I was going to switch on the question feature so that bots cant sign up!)

Im running 3.7.3 so it WAS definitely there.

BUT i do have rather a lot of plugins/hooks

Has one of these overwritten this part of vbulletin??

You can try reuploading the admincp/verify.php page. But, maybe you want to also disable all your plugins and see if that fixes the issue.
To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.

vboptions > search options > guest search image verification for 3.6

vboptions > human verification > verify guest searches for 3.7
