I want to know how to add FB TW SKype Google+ YT Contact at Right side
If some one scroll down or up FB TW SKype Google+ YT Contact goes up and down like scroll
see this example:

Do you already have the buttons you want on the page, and just want to move them to a floating element?

See, you're asking lots of questions. That's basically ok, but if you want to have your forum completely customized, you'll have to either learn at least some basic skills or pay someone. You can't expect members of this forum to do it all for you, for free, and immediately.

Regarding the issue at hand: There's tons of solutions for this out there. Just google something like "fixed social media sidebar"

select platform as website and go through with it, you can add code in template you want to display these buttons.
To display button on homepage only .. you need to add code in FORUMHOME template
