Min number of posts to create a new thread

Has the hack for "minimum number of posts before making a new thread in a specific forum" been released for vb3 yet?

you can make a new members group called Members + for example and disallow the regular members to make new threads in it. Set regular members to promote to that group at a certain amount of posts.

Now I don't want to be a pain in the ass here, but I have over 75k registered members, and I want to keep them from posting a new thread in a forum before reaching a certain amount of posts, your solution would be much too difficult, and sounds more aggravating than anything. I liked the hack that was designed for vb 2.x.x, added a box right at the bottom to enter total # of posts before new thread could be posted.

Can we please please please see a hack for this again. I would be greatly appreciative.

Any news on this hack?
We can't upgrade to vb3.0 before this hack exists.

Why this isn't a standard option I don't know. :disappointed:
