Adding Radii ?

I'm trying to add a radius to the Category headers and forum list headers, so far I have tried using moz kit in global css, but it's not having the desired effect.

Can someone tell me how to go about this please ?

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)

Then we can't help. The only way to help with CSS issues is to be able to futz with the page using a tools like firebug.

I see rounded corners on the notice that says "We are in the process of.... " They are small rounded corners (3px), but they are there.
