[13] Wkd Custom - vB 3.7 Admin CP Style

This modification is in the archives.
So this is my first release. Hoping that everyone is going to like it.
 I originally made this Admin CP style for Whooked, but I planned to release it since I thought a lot of people would like it.For more details, click here. Comments and suggestions are welcome. The style has been updated. There was a problem with images in the CSS. Its all good now.
