Very interesting!
How does the postbit of someone who posted with a facebook login look like? Username? Avatar? No members have liked this post.

The user is asked to select a Nickname (username) when he/she logs in for the first time so it looks like any other postbit. Right now there is no way for others to distinguish between facebook users and non-facebook users.

Amazing add-on indeed - much thanks!
I agree and maybe use Google Friend Connect as that supports yahoo as well as openid - which I believe will support myspace as well? No members have liked this post.

Ok what am I doing wrong. I uploaded all the files, made the template changes and set it up in admin panel. However when I click the button to login with facebook it does nothing.
I even switched to the default theme and set that up and it still won't work No members have liked this post.

Ahh ok. So that nickname is then permanently tied to the person's facebook id?

can you help me with step 1?
![]() Step 1: Set up a new Facebook Application through which vBulletin and Facebook will be communicating. When setting up the application set the Callback URL to your vBulletin url. Set up a new Facebook Application here: http://www.facebook.com/developers/ (no coding skills required) when trying to submit, I get "You need to have at least 5 users before you can submit your application."
