Did you look to see if its active ?
admincp >> Navigation Manager >> Arcade: Choose "Edit" from the drop down to the right and click "Go". Active need to be "YES".

Of course I didn't make it active! That would have been to simple of a solution! DOH!
WORKS PERFECTLY! Now I'm gonna go read the manual: "How to use VB4x"
