Open templates and change somethings there to make your theme similar to vBulletin.org
Of course is you need to know CSS/HTML.

Thanks, for your reply. Actually I have almost done it.. but can't make that thin white border line with black shade (shadow) which starts from top (head) and end at bottom (foot)
