Hello.
I use vb 4.2.3.
A few hours ago, I go to admincp-options and go to Options of sidebar.
I change the Disabled the cache of blocks of yes to no.
I view that, indicate that this value not change, but I have some problems with the blocks of sidebar using a mod, I test changing this value.

Since this moment, always that I click in save changes, appears two lines with this error:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

I change the value of default value, but continue this message error...
