Question Custom Profile Field Name variables?

Let's say for example, I have a custom profile field named Gender and it as two options: Male and Female. Let's say this user selected the "Male" option.

Now, to put this into the postbit, I'd just put: $post[field1]. This will display "Male".
How would I display "Gender Male"?

Is there a variable to display the custom profile field name?

Instead of putting just "$post[field1]" in the postbit, put in "Gender $post[field1]" If I recall, the profilefield names are actually phrases so do a search in phrases for it.

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.

I can't just put "Gender", I'm doing this for about 180 profile fields, that's why.
