Edit postbit_legacy or postbit
remove
If you want to remove everyone's posts you have to delete all threads on your site. No members have liked this post.

When you say 'post count'do you mean the line under your avatar that says, for example, Posts: 35 ? If so then chopsuey is correct, edit your postbit(_legacy) template and remove the line: $vbphrase[posts]: $post[posts]
I don't know how to do it for attachments but imagine it would also be a template edit.
