Hack Support
This hack is now discontinued - this means that while it will remain available for download and use, there will be no further updates, nor will support be provided as the thread is no longer monitored. You can now check out the 3.8.x version of this hack, as it also works with v3.7.4 PL1, v3.6.12 (and maybe even earlier versions). Please click Mark as Installed if you are using this hack. vBulletin Version Compatibility This hack can be used with v3.6.10 and v3.7.x. This has not been tested with earlier versions of v3.6.x, but should work. What Does This Hack Do? This is a simple hack adds extra options on the Search drop down list on the navbar which allows your members to search for their own posts and threads start by themselves. There are no file or template changes at all, and is fully phrased. This was a request by odeezie in post #22 of this thread. Installation Instructions

Would it be possible to add 'view unanswered threads' like the 3.0 version?

When I try searching from my vBAdvanced home page I get the following:
Not Found The requested URL /search.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. No members have liked this post.

Question: Do you have your vBA installed in the root and forums in a sub-directory? And if so, what sub-directory is it in? Also you will need to click Mark as Installed to recieve further support.

Sorry about that; installed. My vBA index/home page resides outside the forums folder. Thanks.

Can you post a screenshot of it when in the forums, and one when on vBA home page please? (obviously when the Search menu is selected) Thanks, Mosh.

My 'search forums' drop down look just like your attached image. The same thing also happens when clicking on the 'unanswered threads' link from your other MOD.

Hey Mosh. I also have the vBulletin Blog and Project Tools on my board and had the same problems with the links for these MODS opening up. After searching the vBAdvanced board, I came across the solution of adding "{$vbulletin->options[bburl]}/" before the blog.php and pt.php. The end result (for the blog) looks like:
I tried adding the same to the xml files of your MODS, but it did not work. Maybe this gives you a starting point on how to come up with a fix for my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. No members have liked this post.
