This is my first hack I have made for vBulletin. It may be a simple one to some people, but atleast its a hack!
 Hack name: Yahoo as Referer version: 0.1 Author: Hostc vBulletin versions: All What this hack does: This hack will simpily add http://www.yahoo.com/* before any parsed URLs. Example: if I posted a link to http://vbulletin.org this hack would make it http://www.yahoo.com/*<a href="http:...letin.org/</a> thus making yahoo as the referer to any logs  If you use this please click install Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information. Well, you can use it so people can't link back to your site. (Since they will only see that you came from http://www.yahoo.com/

This actually has quite a good reason to be created.
On any site that deals with coupons, or "hot deals" you don't have to worry about linking to a coupon or deal and having the company know it came from your site if I understand this correctly? On some boards, people will bypass the linking just so it has to be copied and pasted into the address field manually. Wouldn't have to do that anymore in that case I suppose? -Jason

Are you sure this will make yahoo as a referer???
Its a great hack if it does this... Does it work in browzers such as opera etc??? No members have liked this post.

Yes I'm sure it makes yahoo as the referer. I do not have Opera. But I'm sure it does work with it.
