Does anyone know hot to include the users name in the forum title?

I thought you use to be able to use $username, but that does not work.

This does not work. I tried this already. Let me clarify this a little more. I am referring to the forum title and not the thread title. I want to go into my ADMINCP and put a code in the forum title so that when a user views the forum listing it will display there username in that forum title.

You can probably do a find and replace in templates

find: </title>
replace: $bbuserinfo[username]</title>

That would add the username at the end of the title.

Yes this would work I am sure but I only want to do it for one forum not all of them.

What I did is created one forum and set the permissions so that only the users that post in that forum can see there own posts and no one else can see them. Then I titled that forum "My to do list". What I want to do is replace "My" with the users name that is viewing the forum titles. So if I am viewing the forum listing it will show "attroll to do list".

Then edit your SHOWTHREAD and FORUMDISPLAY templates. Add this for the <title> tag:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Well I tried it but there is already a few <if> statements in the code and I can not seem to get it working. I may be doing something wrong or am screwing up the <if> commands. This is the code that is in the two you said to change but to place the code you sent I can not get it working properly. Could you direct me where to place to code please.

SHOWTHREAD

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

FORUMDISPLAY

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.
