Custom Per-Forum No Permission Messages

This is the same as the vBulletin 4 version, with a different product name to allow easier management.
This is a relatively simple mod/hack that will allow you to set your own 'No Permission' message for each forum, via the forum manager. Just upload the bitfield xml file and the product xml file and then enable the mod in the vBulletin settings. You can then precede to enable this on the forums you would like it enabled on. Files to Upload: 2 (1 product xml file, 1 bitfield xml file) Plugins: 5 Please 'Mark as Installed' if you install this mod! Did not work on my 3.8.7 forum. The spot to enter the custom message did not show up in the forum manager even after enabling the mod.
