Event Chronology Hack v1.0
Hack by : cinq Tested and working with vb3.0.3 (earlier version untested but should work) WHATS IT DO ? This hack allows the administrator to maintain a listing of the past events that your site has organized. This allows you to document past event history in a quick summary, and may be useful for potential sponsors to view. Such events can be in the form of talks, outings, conventions, auctions, competitons, and so on. You are only limited by your imagination. As this hack uses phrases, you can easily change the context to make it suit your requirements. FEATURES AdminCP Installer script Admin options Manage current events - view all current events at one go - allows for the following ( edit event - remove event - add event ) Add event has the following fields: - event title - event image - event description - event display order (to order how they will be displayed) Fully template based, alter the 2 templates created to suit your desired layout. INSTALLATION This Hack is tested and working on vb 3.0.3 but should work on ALL 3.x.x versions as well. Please read the install_readme.txt file in the package for installation instructions DEMO SITES Feel free to submit your sites if u installed this hack so it can be listed as another live demo site SUPPORT I cannot promise full support on this hack but I will try my best to fix all bugs or answer all queries. i like this, but also, would it be possible to make a list of future events maybe like events for the next 30 days or however many days you want to show?

Like your idea but I need to see what the end result is before I decide to install your hack. Visualization sells hacks. Need to have more of what the page looks like then what the back end looks like.

SS uploaded as requested.
It's a rather simple layout , but remember the layout can be totally customized and determined by you. It's all in the templates ![]() Future versions feature requests are also welcome. ![]() No members have liked this post.

So I gather that this is completely separate from the Calender feature?

All works good for me but when I go to add an event there is no description of what each input field is - now i got the info by looking at your screen shot - all the fields are present but on the left side their is no description.
