Well, this in a Big Board, is normal to takes a lot of time? well Have passed more than 15 min and have problems with this step.

Any Ideas?

I hope you're not still waiting! If nothing happens after 15 minutes then something is wrong. There are timeouts in place that will expire before that.

I found a server issue in the timeout and the php processing time of my site thats the reason of the timeout on the upgrade script.
