You can set a default font color in the user group manager. In the HTML markup section. I'm not sure how you could prevent others from using the color bb code tag to imitate the staff color though

Probably can't stop people from using the BBCode color tag. But you could likely do this with conditionals in the postbit template based on usergroup ID.

How about changing the default text color a usergroup has when they post threads or replies? Also as far as that template modification, any suggestions for it?
