Hi, I am getting the 5x version (404 Not Found) error, what could be the problem?

Edit the "htaccess.txt" file to ".htaccess"

It could be a file not present or wrong base url but also sometimes if you use special characters for your database passwords it will prevent the database configuration script from fully completing the config.php generation, I would check and ensure the details in /core/includes/config.php are correct and that the file is not cut off "short" i.e. incomplete.
