Hey mate this skin works for 4.0.5, just click ignore for style version.

There was no template changes needed from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5 that effected this skin

Found a small error in the css;
When you upload an image, the font is white, so you cannot see the filename of what you have just uploaded.
