Add a title drop down box to editor

I would like to add the drop down "prefix" menu to my editor shown below... How do I go about doing this? It allows you to have options to add in front of your titles.
I have 3.8.1

You need to create a set of prefixes in admin cp > thread prefixes and then go to your Forum Manager > find the forum > add that group of prefixes for that forum.

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
