The G20z is still a bit under development, but the concept is there.

Well, first thing - blue text on black background does not go well with each other.

In the site title, change the "powered by vbulletin" phrase. Be sure not to remove the copyright in the site footer. There is a difference between the two.

Your meta description is about 30 words - that is WAY too long. Meta description should be less then 15 words, with a preference of around 12 or 13.

Your using a random question instead of captcha - which is good.

I would not allow members to email each other. Spammers could use your site to send emails to your members. If the person replies back, then spammer has their email address.
