developer options is missing my vb5 how to save backup my admincp settings ..

There are no more backup options in vB5. This was removed in previous versions. You have to make your own backup by yourself via cPanel for example.

You need to have debug enabled to backup your options.

core/includes/config.php:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

just uncomment $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;
