LDAP Authentication
Hello all,
I have been trying to get the solution for LDAP authentication to work form this thread: https://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=317732 Unfortunately, we are on a more contemporary 5.x version of vBulletin and the system is already installed and configured. Has anyone used this solution and gotten it to work? Is anyone using LDAP against AD to authenticate users? If so, do you have any tips? r- No members have liked this post.

Hello,
I know this feedback is not very timely. However, we're investigating LDAP integration. There are many ways that this work and it can easily be overthought. As such, we're looking on how people want to use LDAP. If anyone sees this and would like to provide feedback, please do so. What we would like to know is what is the workflow that you're looking for. Does it need to be a true single sign-on or are you just verifying the user exists? Are users going to be imported into vBulletin? Or anything else you can think of.
