Quick Reply Problem
One of the members on my site reported a quick reply problem.
When they go to press quick reply in a thread it gives them a download called newreply.php Look at the screenshot to see what I mean No members have liked this post.

- Do you have mod_security installed on the server?
- Do you have Suhosin/Hardened PHP installed on the server. - How much memory is allocated for PHP?
