Is vbulletin 4 still good?
Is vb 4 still good for today’s times? I’m not sure if I should use my old vb4 or use the newest vb version.

there are PLENTY of mobile options for vB4, even vB3.
Coding a custom one is the way to go though but ANY software can be made mobile friendly.
