What It Does:
Allows you to grant certain users the ability to edit posts without the "Post Edited by" message appearing.

This mod does NOT grant this power to entire usergroups in order to avoid a query, although I may add the functionality in the future if enough people complain.

Mod Features:
- adds several settings to vBulletin Options
- allows specific users to edit silently
- configure for use in only certain postbits

nice idea, so who and where do you set the permissions for who will have access? (admin in admincp?)

It would be nice for those users who have the permission, to be able to tick a box when editing to include the silence or not. as i would mainly only give this power to certain staff.

Thanks for the suggestions. Much like my Parser Permissions hack, I may very well end up expanding this much further than a simple one-time release.
