Can someone explain to me what this does?
 Is this a user to user message system, or simply a global message which shows up for all users etc.? The demo page is all in some other language than English and I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking at ... Pretty vague, although perhaps it's just me who doesn't understand it. Timer does not work, but you can click within the msg box itself to close it. It would be nice if the timer actually made it go away though.
