Translation

Hi, I've just installed ipProArcade to my forum. My forum is in Turkish language and I couldn't find most of the phrases in phrase manager. How can I translate them?

I managed how to do it, but now I've got a charset problem. Non-English characters automatically convert to English characters. How can I fix this?

I managed to do this also. Using unicode characters.
