editor is not working on my custom theme

My custom theme editor have stopped working, After I upgraded to 4.1.7

Looks like you didn't upload the new editor images when you did the upgrade.

I uploaded the full package should i try upgrading to latest version?

Go into your Admin Panel, then to the Forums bit Forum Manager , on each forum you have made, go to edit the Forum and make sure all the bb code things are ticked, it's in this section: Enable / Disable Features, then hit save...
Does that get them back?
