Direct css file edition instead of style manager

Everytime i modify any template the css file is overwrite... how can i set the system to mantain my css file applied to a custom style?

Thank you very much for your support!

--------------- Added 15 Mar 2011 at 16:21 ---------------

The first time anyone comes along and does a save for your style, your custom CSS will be wiped/replaced. You are not supposed to edit it through the files, you are supposed to edit it through the .css templates.

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.

You avoid it by not editing the css files directly.

Thank you very much,

So, besides vBulletin CSS editor, is another way to edit the CSS on my style?

You need to edit the css via the CSS Templates and the Stylevars.

CSS in 3.8 is done via the Main CSS page.
