Showing an error image when the orginal doesnt load

as in title

i have an adult forum which mostly use images hosted on image host sites which dont always load and when not you will see in IE a red cross but not in FF / Opera so i want to let is show an error image when the original doesn't load

i think it has to do with class_bbcode but i 've no idea how to do it

Wally

I don't know that you can do anything about it. If you look at the page source, the link to the image will be there, it's just that the browser can't grab it for some reason. That is a browser thing and not something you can put into your code (that I know of).

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)

strange i've seen this working on some phpbb forums (if it works on phpbb it should also be possible with vbulletin)

--------------- Added 25 Jan 2009 at 14:13 ---------------

on phpbb a board uses this after the img code:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

how can i add this to img tag? (so to let it parse with it? )
