But running this query on deleting PM, It still shows x private messages they have

That's in user table. Don't empty your user table though.

How can i setup a scheduled task for same ?
(Clear all logs once per week and delete all pms which are 30+ days old) I think you can bundle the same as a plugin ? thanks
