This modification is in the archives.
Self Explanatory.
Will showup on the member.php page and in the postbit / postbit_legacy default path is images/avatars/noavatar.gif You can modify this by editing the two plugins. I even took the time to make you guys a noavatar.gif file  See this for the updated 3.7/3.8 verison Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information. Liked this idea, but went with
Link to thread on vbulletin.com instead. It actually populates the avatar field for new users with a default avatar ID, so it shows up as normal everywhere else on the board without more plug-ins or template edits. I then went into phpMyadmin and pushed that same avatar ID into all users who had never set their own avatar. No members have liked this post.
