I could use something like this as a CMS widget.

im attach wrong language vietnamese pls download file XML again and import again to your forum @Greight if u want put it right under the navbar install again, and AdminCP > vBulletin Options > News & Announcements and u can see variables add template to navbar No members have liked this post.

Thank you for the fast reply and update. However I assume my lack of php knowledge did not allow me to utilize the new feature. I added the code to the bottom of navbar template but while the text is shown correctly, the frame is not visible.
