error message help (photo uploads)
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 116916178 bytes) in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/forum/includes/functions_threadedmode.php on line 23
A member is getting the above error message and cannot upload any pics or smilies due to being over his limit. He currently has a total of 19.32MB of attachments. He also reports that he cannot access certain pic heavy pages probably due to these limitations. What is the best approach to solve this? No members have liked this post.

Well your memory_limit is already at 128M, you can try to increase it a bit more in php.ini
I would find out though what is causing the pages to be so slow though, 128M should be more than enough. No members have liked this post.

The host (Hostgator) via live chat says its a vBulletin problem..
(4:20 pm) [Brian J.] The issue is related to vBulletin using too much memory or trying to allocate more memory than php is allowing. (4:23 pm) [Brian J.] Raising the php memory limit will just cause more problems if that script does not have a sufficient memory limit in place. No members have liked this post.
