Wanting Forum Home Page Changes

Hey guys. I am new to vbulletin. I'm looking to either learn myself or work with someone to make our site what we want. It has your basic home page forum style now. I am wanting larger thumbnails and maybe a tile layout for the categories. Something bigger and easier to see. A more modern forum appearance.

Any suggestions on a theme or a pro to work with?
