The website chat syncs with the VKontakte/Telegram conversation
You can join a VKontakte conversation via the chat menu. The conversation will continue within VK and it will create unique content for you. You can add our robot to an existing conversation and index the history on your website. Admins find it convenient to answer users questions by mobile phone using a VK/TG application.  Features

I'm looking for a chat replacement for vBShout as Shout doesn't work in vB versions above v5.4.2 and I'm currently running vB v5.6.2

So you actually got this chatbros to work fine on vb 5.6.2 ?
Do you have some screenshots? I installed it but so far nothing loads/appears on the forum home page. *Update - I uninstalled chatbro. First I noticed that it was not allowing access to the Site Builder, then it was causing 504 errors when trying to access the site so I uninstalled and deleted chatbro. No members have liked this post.

I would not install any of these onto anything other than a TEST forum. They are too old, and have not been updated in too long.
You should always maintain a test forum in a password protected directory. If it works on your Test forum, then go from there. No members have liked this post.

I figured it out.
I created a new NavTab and put CharBro embedded code from their website with the targeted URL being my main URL in the Tab boxes. You click on the new ChatBro Tab and the ChatBro popup will appear. No members have liked this post.
