I am using ReCAPTCHA and people are getting the above error message when registering. Also get it when trying to retrieve your password. I am running 3.8.6.


I am not very advanced in the techical stuff. Please help, thank you.

You'd need to check your server logs to see if its your server thats slow or recaptcha's server.

Have had the error message for sometime and the servers are ok. When googling it found that others had at times reported this problem but haven't found a fix for it.

*Update* - The host made some routing changes and its working now.
