Introduction
I found a thread where the user was wondering if there was a feature within vBulletin that would allow you to specify if certain users posts can be edited or not. This is the outcome of about 5 hours work (with waiting on help with AJAX stuff). Requirements

All I need is an option for the SuperAdmin to be allowed to edit the post. If you are going to leave in the option for the poster to be able to edit their own post, I would rather have that option settable to off/on.
