There is an article forum and I'm sure there will be some articles posted.

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)

I know of the articles but I always learned much more when looking at the code than viewing articles. I also wonder if there are paid staff here making articles. There are far more programming techniques for vbulletin 3 in the vb3 mods than in the vb 3 article section.

The only Paid Staff here is Marco but I don't think he is paid to write articles. I know he has got a couple of articles written though. He just hasn't moved them into the Articles forum yet.

I would also like to see the code structure of the new mods esp in comparison of the upgraded 3.8 to 4.0 mods

It's still hooks and PHP. The only difference in "code structure", in 4.0, is the different template syntax, and template calling syntax.
