File structure on server - where do I find threads

Yes, I've searched....

I'm trying to find, on my server, the location of threads.

Where would I look to find this thread, as an example?
http://www.minibuggy.net/forum/proje...fab-style.html

Thanks in advance.

You should find it in the database in the table "NODE"

If you look at the link you provided,

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

The number in the link to your thread 19848 is the nodeid for the first post in the thread.
Subsequent posts are also in the node table where the the parentid field in the node table = nodeid from your link above.

To get the first post

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

To get the subsequent posts

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Note that this is based on VB5. I don't remember if VB4 or VB3 were different. Too old to remember and too lazy to look it up.

Thanks for that - now, where exactly will I find this? I'm seeing a coding that you're supplying. Where am I inserting this line to find the code? In my Forum Manager?

I'm (ignorantly) hoping that I can find the directory or the lead to the directory on the server.
Unfortunately I'm going to be shutting down my forum (thanks Facebook!) and want to save a few of the threads that are there.

Totally appreciate the last sentence.

Threads are stored in the database, not the file system. There's no file to download. You'll have to query the database, or save the page from the browser window.

Yes, you can.
View the link you provided.
Right side on top of thread you have "Thread Tools"
Click on this and select "Show Printable Version"
Now in your browser window you can either right click the mouse button and select print to print to your printer OR select the print option from the drop-down menu of your browser.
Now in the printer list, you can select; "Save as PDF" (if you have at least Adobe Reader DC installed (free), "Microsoft XPS Document Writer", "Microsoft Print to PDF" and save the file locally.

You can also select "View Page Source" on the printable page and save the HTML file locally, then view from your browser
