Will this modification or style work on vBulletin 4.0?

Most modifications and styles posted in 3.x release sections will not work unmodified with vBulletin 4.0. If you want to use a modification or style on your vBulletin 4.0 forums, please choose from what is available in the vBulletin 4.0 release forums.

Will this style/modification be upgraded to vBulletin 4.0?

At the time of this announcement vBulletin 4.0 is still in Beta. Most of the coders and designers who have released their work on vBulletin.org do not even have vBulletin 4.0 installed yet and thus have no clue how much work it will be to convert their releases, let alone if they already know if they will release a vBulletin 4.0 version of their work.

Asking coders/designers about vBulletin 4.0 and their releases.

Asking them to upgrade their work while vBulletin 4.0 is still in Beta, and probably before the production version of vBulletin 4.0 has been released for some time, only annoys people and will probably not make them release their work on vBulletin 4.0 any sooner. We therefor request not to ask such questions for now in the 3.x release forums. Please keep an eye on the 4.0 release forums to see if a modfication or style is available on vBulletin 4.0.
