This is EU Cookie/Privacy Laws integration with vbulletin
Works also on vBulletin 3.8.X and 5.X.X
One template edit in the footer:

Go to the footer of the standard style, and put on the end:
Example:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)   
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

This isn't a mod its just a site he found, go to http://cookie-script.com/ register and grab the code and paste in your footer template... Done! There are quite a few of these cookie law consent codes available on the net.

Using such 3rd party links are not so good try below code from cloud flare And it works with any vBulletin version
